CFA Athletes! Barbells for Boobs is TOMORROW morning! We would like to start the workout right at 10am, so please be at the gym by 9:45 to warm up... We will be there early to set things up if you would like to come earlier. Dont forget to wear pink if you have it, donate if you can, and be ready to work hard in the team WOD! Interested in CrossFit and don't know where to start? Our CrossFit Elements class is a great way. Learn all of the fundamentals and move with confidence into our regular classes with our great 4-week Elements program for people who have never done CrossFit. You will learn bodyweight movement progressions, basic barbell strength and get a step-by-step introduction to the Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) that will give you a solid foundation to progress into regular classes. Don't forget!!!! Going Away Brunch for Coach Amanda tomorrow at the box after the WOD. Please bring a brunch type dish to share. If you have a hot plate or griddle, bring it and we can cook pancakes, eggs, bacon....you get the idea..... AND have mimosas. YUM!!!
